Is tiredness, lack of motivation, fatigue and lack of stamina getting the best of you some days? If so, help is here.
The highly concentrated plant extracts in essential oils support you in warding off fatigue and in keeping your mind, body, and emotions alert, energized, and focused.

When using essential oils please always make sure to not apply the oils directly to your skin and learn about their contraindications. Please don’t use Aromatherapy when pregnant unless you know which oils are safe for you. When in doubt please contact an Aromatherapist to assist you in choosing the right oils for your needs.

Let’s look at 6 Aromatherapy oils that can be used either alone or in combination with other oils and different ways on how to use them.

Methods of use:

  • Place 2-3 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and take long, deep inhales when in need for an energy kick
  • For an instant energy boost, take a few whiffs directly from the bottle
  • Diffuse the oils in your room
  • If you don’t have sensitive skin, you may consider to place a drop or two of the oil(s) in the palm of one hand, rub your palms together, close your eyes and inhale the aroma of energy boosting essential oils. Make sure to not touch your eyes, nose or sensitive areas of your body until you wash the oils of your hands.
