Sunrise Energy – a yummy & healthy morning juice
This delicious juice provides you with loads of energy, a big vitamin boost and the powerful antioxidant, beta carotene.
To benefit from the fat-soluble vitamins A and E, which carrots are rich of, add a few drops of your favorite vegetable oil (e.g. EVOO, Coconut Oil) to the juice or munch on some nuts.
This nutrient-rich juice is great for digestion, anti-inflammatory, boosts your immune system and improves your eyesight.
- 8 Carrots
- 1 Beet
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 1-inch chunk of ginger
- 1 1-inch chunk of turmeric
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Apple
Process all ingredients through a juicer. Enjoy!
