Winter Solstice Blessings!
Winter is a time to nurture our body, mind, and spirit.
Winter Solstice (Latin meaning: sol “sun”, sistere “to stand still”) represents the longest night of the year and is celebrated for the following renewal of sunlight. The Solstice celebrations (Winter & Summer) can provide a time for reflection, ritual, renewal, and our connection to the rhythms of nature.
It is a time to cultivate gratitude for all of our blessings, and a time to create new intentions and dreams, to follow our heart and passions.
Join us for a Winter Solstice Celebration to manifest your dreams!
This class will consist of meditation, pranayama (breathwork), yoga, mudras (Indian hand gestures), and reflection.
