Greetings, dearest reader!
In the midst of your busy life, I would like you to pause for a moment.
When was the last time you had a good laugh? When was the last time you felt true, inner happiness? When was the last time you did something nice for yourself?
“It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself,
and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary.”
~ Mandy Hale
When you feel fulfilled and happy, you will be able to give so much more love, patience, kindness, and compassion to others. You will be more present, efficient and balanced. This positive change will effect your attitude, mind, and actions. Sounds amazing, right?
Maybe since you were a child, or something that you wanted to do before diving into your first employment?
What are the things that would make you soooo happy? What have you always wanted to do in your life? Can you think of some things that make you feel super excited? Maybe you always wanted to travel to an exotic country, swim with dolphins, fly a helicopter, volunteer locally or abroad, adopt a pet, study a new language, learn to paint, write a book, and anything that would make you feel exhilarated. What are you waiting for? Write down your happiness list – big or small. Make sure to set realistic goals. What can you to today to implement the first step towards fulfilling your dreams? Please know that I am here to support you and cheer you on!
Several years ago I had the privilege of reading the manuscript (and then the completed book) of John P. Strelecky’s book “Big Five for Life”. John has published many bestselling books and I find his writings to be very motivational. In his book “Big Five for Life” he inspires his readers to think about 5 things in life that they want to achieve. In addition he encourages his readers to imagine what their life would look like if every day would be displayed in a museum. If that doesn’t make you pause and think about how you spend your days!
Plead Guilty made the song “Museum Day” especially for Paul Strelecky. Paul made this free download available and I am so happy to share it with you HERE. Please find the lyrics at the end of this article.
I would be so thrilled to hear from you! What is on Your Happiness List?
Please leave your comment, feedback or any questions below this article on my website, Facebook, Instagram, or via email.
Wishing you the best of your heart’s desires!

SONG LYRICS
Museum Day
And line them one by one
All along the way
Would you be proud or ashamed? No need to sell your soul or sail away on a boat
Cause there will come a day
When we all be cast away
So let your story remainWe are not born to close our eyes
So can’t you hear and can’t you see
That we can make a better daySo tell me how long do I have to wait
I ask you how long do I have to wait
To find you in my own museum day
I beg you how long do I have to waitTell me how, tell me how
Tell me how long do I have to waitWhen I woke up this morning and looked up at the sky
I questioned myself why
Must I go on with these lies
That are poisoning my lifeOf course there will be black clouds and lightning flashes
All along the way
But if into the light you stay
You’re gonna reach out and break away
We are the youth we are the brave
So raise your hands and stand up straight
We know that love will lead the way
There is no more time to hesitate
We are not born to close our eyes
Why can’t you see?
Why can’t it be now?
Have to wait
I ask you how long do I have to wait
To find you in my own museum day
I beg you how long do I have to wait
Tell me how, tell me how
Tell me how long do I have to wait
You can run but you can’t hide
Don’t waste your dreams on broken promises
So come out loud and make your day
Have to wait
Why can’t you hear?
Why can’t you feel?
Why can’t it be now?
